The Group operations are organized into 3 incorporated entities: BNH, the parent company is an asset management and corporate arm of the Group. Our wholly owned subsidiary, Bahrain National Insurance Company B.S.C. (c), which offers General Insurance and Motor & Personal Lines Insurance trades under bni brand and our 75% owned subsidiary, Bahrain National Life Assurance Company B.S.C. (c), which offers Life & Medical Insurance trades under the bnl brand.
